Carol of the Bells is one of the well-known Christmas carols. This carol was originally a Ukrainian folk song and expressed the wishes for the onset of winters. It was in 1936 that the English lyrics were written for Carol of the Bells by Peter Wilhousky. This song was known to the American culture for the first time in 1921 as it was sung at the Carnegie Hall.
