Juicy and Sensual Sesame Chicken With Honey Dip
Ingredients
1 1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 t. dry mustard
1 T. onion, minced
1 lb. chicken breasts, skinless-boneless, poached and cut-crosswise into 1/2" strips
1/2 C. seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 C. sesame seeds
2 T. honey
1 T. liquid mustard
Method
To start with first preheat your oven at 425°F degrees. Now take a bowl of medium size and add ½ cup mayonnaise, dry mustard, onion and mix well. Now add the chicken and coat them well.
Now take another bowl and put the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and mix them well. Now roll the chicken strips in the breadcrumb and coat them well. Place them in a single file on a baking plate for 10 minutes until they are browned and crispy.
While your chicken gets ready take the remaining 1-cup mayonnaise and mix it well with honey and liquid mustard. Serve this as a dipping sauce for your chicken strips.
Meanwhile, blend remaining 1-cup mayonnaise with honey and Dijon mustard. Serve as a dipping sauce with the chicken strips.
Sizzling Cheese Puffs
Ingredients
1/4 cup soft butter
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1-cup all-purpose flour
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Method
Mix all the above ingredients well and chill for two hours. Now roll them into small balls and place them on a cookie sheet and flatten them out slightly. Now bake them at 400 degree for around 5 minutes. Your cheese balls are ready.
Love Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
4 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup minced water chestnuts
2 scallions (spring onions), thinly sliced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Twelve 3-inch mushrooms with rounded caps, stemmed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method
Start by pre-heating the oven to 425°. Now take a small bowl and mix the soy sauce, chili sauce along with two teaspoons of ginger.
Now take another bowl and mix pork with water chestnuts, scallions, cornstarch, garlic, salt, pepper and the rest of the two-teaspoon of ginger. Now fill the mushroom caps with the pork mixture. Now taking a large ovenproof nonstick pan heat some oil. Take the stuffed mushrooms and keeping the pork side down cook on high for about 3 minutes. Once browned, turn and cook for another 1 minute. Now finally transfer the pan into the oven an bake for 7 minutes, so that the pork is cooked properly. Serve with the sauce.
